At Elsmore Swim Shop, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your performance needs; therefore, we accept returns on unused, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the product is in resalable condition.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that technical racing suits require insured shipping.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
